I found this hotel to be incredibly convenient for my needs. The staff was lovely and helpful, but at times, they seemed preoccupied chatting amongst themselves instead of assisting guests promptly. The room features a fantastic Bluetooth mirror, adding a modern touch. However, I did feel that the dining options were lacking a bit, particularly in the smoked salmon selection.
